How will my order be shipped?

We prepare and forward your items to courier companies within 2 working days once your payment has been cleared.

We use use the best internationally recognized shipping couriers J&T Express & Poslaju for shipping.

Courier companies Do Not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

For some larger orders, we may choose to deliver your order in separate parts.

When will I receive my order?

When you place an order, you will get a automatic confirmation email with your order details.

Orders placed on our website require up to two working days to be processed.

Once your order is ready we will forward it to the shipping courier, you will receive an email with tracking number that you can check the status:

Most orders reach customers within 3 to 5 working days.

In case of Delays

We use the best internationally recognized shipping couriers J&T Express and Poslaju, once we forward your items to them we have no control on the delivery times.

However, most orders reach the customer within 3-5 days (7 in case of weekend/public holidays).

Riyadh Heejab is not responsible for any delays, however, if your items are lost, they are fully insured and you will get full refund.

Rest assured that Riyadh Heejab has its customer’s satisfaction and smooth delivery as its number one priority.

Transit Risk

Riyadh Heejab is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the delivery company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Riyadh Heejab will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer`s address by postal / courier agency.

Also be aware that all shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel are placed at the customer`s risk. If the school`s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Riyadh Heejab will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer`s account, nor shall Riyadh Heejab attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special occasion , the shipment will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely the customers’ responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
